Overview

You will be supporting staff with customer queries, configuration of business to business integrations as well as helping to maintain our product database, assisting the on boarding team with new customer’s data ensuring their system is ready for training. The main responsibilities of this role will be to support internal staff with customer queries, particularly when it comes to data handling and troubleshooting, updating customers systems & configuring new customer systems. You will also be helping the onboarding team migrate new customers’ data from their old system. You will also be involved in configuring & troubleshooting business to business integrations. Entry requirements Minimum of 4 X GCSE’S grace A-C including English and Maths. Basic experience working with Microsoft Excel. Casual attire. £4.81-£6.00 per hour dependent on experience Future Prospects Completion of the apprenticeship with a view to staying on as a full-time staff member in a supportive role.
